Completing an incomplete employee

Hi I have migrated from STP over to Reckon Basic Plan. I am trying to add in payrolls from 1/07/21 but it is saying that my employee details are incomplete. When I am trying to complete them, I am getting stuck on last section (employment) can't seem to save it all after going through the other tabs successfully. 1. Personal, 2 Contact and it is the employment tab that I can't get past? I've tried over 3 x times, getting frustrated! Help.

    Hi Desley,

    You need to ensure you complete ALL tabs in the employee profile with the necessary information for it to save successfully. You may need to swipe across to view the other tabs and I'll attach a screenshot below to hopefully illustrate what I mean.
