in Reckon One
I have a new employee and his superannuation is not processing. He earnt over the min amount and is set up the same as other employees, can't work out why his is the only one not working?
Can anyone help pretty please?

The first thing I'd recommend is checking out the help guide that I've linked below, its got some of the most common reasons why super may not be calculating for an employee in Reckon One -
