Bounce Notification - Email Address

Can someone help me please? Several times this week, I have received a bounce notification when I have sent invoices to customers. I have setup my file up so I get a copy of the invoice for my records, but I am get a bounce email saying that the email was not sent to my email address.

Has something changed?

    Hi Jo-Anne,

    The bounce email notification was a feature that came through to Hosted back in 2020.

    I'll link the announcement on it below and there is also a guide linked in that announcement which outlines how it works -


    Do you have an auto-reply set on your own email address? eg. automated out-of-office type message etc

    Hi Rav

    thanks for that, but I got one from my own accounts email address. I have setup my system so I get a copy of the email in my outlook, but it is bouncing intermittently

    Does anyone have any suggestions on this. It has only just started happening in the last week. Nothing has changed with our email address. It is our email address that the emails are bouncing??????
