in Reckon Payroll App & Web

Hi I have the premium plan for payroll. It works well on the app, but when I log in on my laptop my pay runs and employees are not up to date? What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Kerry

    When you login to your Payroll App account on your PC are you logging into https://payroll.reckon.com/ or some other web address? When you do login, what do you see currently?

    Also, are you signing in with the same login credentials as what you use on the app?
