Incorrect YTD gross payroll balances in Reckon One

Hi,

I set up Reckon in November 2021.

I have just found the YTD gross figures are incorrect, but the PAYG amount is correct.

I don't know if I made a mistake during setup or if there is a glitch in the system.

Can anyone please help me to make an adjustment to correct the figures?

    Can I just clarify, are you looking to amend the STP submissions that have been sent with the erroneous figures?

    If so, you can make amendments by creating an Update Event submission in Reckon One and send it through to correct balances sent via STP. I'll link some info on this below -

    Hi Rav,

    The opening balance figures do not seem to be included in the YTD figures.

    I tried to follow the instructions in the link provided, my version of Reckon One does not allow me to change the YTD figures as per the Update Event answer provided.

    Can you please assist me further, or provide more details instructions.
