Initially I thought this was a good idea, but then I started the appln. and then I got some doubts. Attempts to contact them resulted in no-one responding. During the appln. I found nothing to say fees can be passed on to customer, but lots about them being able to debit me with fees. And then having to agree to China Payments conditions, this is where I stopped. I would like to know more about this before proceeding.

Is that possible?
