Setting up employees by different department

I want to setup my employees under different departments under Reckon One. How can I do that?

Just to clarify, are you referring to employees you've created in the book itself ie. that you process payroll for OR are you referring to employees/users who will also access the Reckon One book to work on it?
If its the former then you can designate job details within the employee profile, screenshot example below (click on it for a larger view).

This is for employees that we will be processing Payroll for. None of our employees will have access to Reckon One.
