My branch code on Reckon payroll is different to the one that the tax office have and so they won't accept the pay run.How can I change it ?

    Hi @davidlatham

    Have you already sent through submissions to the ATO under the current branch number?

    What is the ABN that you have registered to your Payroll App account along with the correct branch number it should be?


    Have you confirmed with the ATO what your correct GST branch number for your ABN should be in reality?
