How can I export my employees super payments and upload to the ATO?

Is there a way to do this from Reckon Accounts Hosted and upload onto the ATO website for my quarterley employee compulsory superannuation payments? Right now I enter them manually and it's very time consuming.

I would enter The super guarantee charge as a cheque to a new expense account called Super Guarantee Charge, so it’s easily identifiable to the accountant at the end of the year
