No longer have authorisation in Fast coding/bank data since recent security issues

Hi. When trying to match bank transactions to accounts in Fast Coding, for each transaction it says I don't have authorisation and to retry. I retry but it still doesn't work. I have logged out and back in again and also logged out of remote sessions of Reckon Hosted (of which there were none) but nothing makes a difference. I did change my password recently when there were the security issues with Hosted. I also checked my user status and I am listed as an admin. Please advise. Thank you

Recommend that you contact the Hosted Technical Support Team for additional troubleshooting.
