STP not submitted to ATO

I processed January pay run on 31 Jan, however, it is still showing "Processing".

I checked my MyGov, income statment for current FY is not updated. (It has been for a few days already. It normally took a few minutes to update ATO figures before.)

So I did adjustment to zero and did another new payrun, but not working either, and all showing "Processing". (Used to work in this way, but not for this month.)

Would you please let me know how to fix this issue?

    Hi @lotustech

    Leave these submissions as they are, we've just received indication from the ATO there are delays in the processing of STP submissions at the moment. Submissions are queued and will take longer than usual to be processed. The status will update upon the ATO resolving their issue then receiving and actioning the submissions.
