I am having trouble with Reckon Hosted Payroll. The hours are not caculating correctly, giving a false read out on the Payslips. This has been going on for the past 4 months. I have contacted Reckon, but as yet this has not been rectified. My employees are getting very annoyed with the incorrect payslips. As of today the Payroll summary for the year is also incorrect. I would appreciated someone in Reckon to look into this for me.

It is likely that your data file has sustained file damage.
Are you still in contact with the technician who you had contacted regarding this issue?
Have you performed a Rebuild Data operation on your data file to allow the software to try to resolve the issue?
Do you have backups of your data file from a time before the problem occurred (these may be useful for comparison purposes)?

are you displaying the time as hours and minutes (there will be a colon between the 2 numbers) or a decimal?

I have been using this file for years with no problem, so it is set up correctly. My bookeeper has also doubled checked everything, been in contact with the Reckon Tech, and has had little success.
I have done a File Rebuild 3 times, as suggested by the reckon Tech, and twice since, to no avail. Have changed all details back to 0.00 hours and removed all calculations, rebuilt again, but the problem is still there. No Idea what to do next.

Morning
The leave and Personal details on 3 employees are not caculating correctly . The rest are caculating. Quite Strange. I am waiting for the Tech at Reckon to get back to me
