We purchased STP phase 2 last week but highlight on new pay run tab says You are still on STP phase 1 wich mean you won't be able to create pay runs dated on or after 1 July 2023.

    Hi @sumaqua

    Great to hear you've made the jump over to the Premium plan as this will ensure you'll be STP Phase 2 compliant once its ready.

    Now in regard to STP Phase 2 for the Payroll App, we're tackling this in two parts;

    The first is for you to start preparing for the new employee information requirements and enter them in using the new STP Phase 2 Ready Checklist. I'll add a guide to this below which explains in detail what the checklist is and how to use it -

    The second part is coming a little later where we will release a app update that will allow you to make the switch over and start reporting under the STP Phase 2 requirements.

    At the current time, I'd recommend that you start preparing for Phase 2 by collecting the necessary information requirements using the Ready Checklist, this will ensure you get a headstart on things and are ready to go when the time comes.
