Reckon Accounts Hosted login issue - Didn't get connection settings
We're currently looking into an issue affecting the ability to login to Reckon Accounts Hosted.
Reports indicate a "Didn't get connection settings" error message is appearing during login attempts after entering your credentials.
Our Hosted team is investigating this at the moment and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment.
I hope to have more information from our devs very soon which I'll update here.
