How do I permanently set the date to ascending in Reckon One Reconciliation please?

Are you finding the order defaults to descending each time you attempt to start a new reconciliation?
Yes! So each time I have to go in and click on ascending. As our bank statements are in ascending order, it's logical to have the rec the same way
Has there been any response to this totally valid query ?
Nope, nothing. Disappointing as it is very frustrating
