Hi, I just tried to open my reckon and had an error message,19854 44130.

Can anyone help me.

Are you running into trouble opening Reckon Accounts itself or your company file?

If its the latter, are you able to open any other company files successfully eg. a backup?

Is there any more to the error message? If so, can you post a screenshot of the full error here.

If you have a good older backup, recommend that you restore it if you need to get back and working.

However, keep a copy of the existing QBW file that you are unable to open and submit a case request so we can take a look at it for you on Monday.
