    I cannot submit my pay runs as it comes up with "failed to mark pay run as paid

    because it contains at least one inactive emploee"

    Hi @jamsheed

    Does the pay run you're trying to complete actually contain an inactive employee within it?

    If not, can you please check if you have any super funds assigned to an employee that is set to inactive.


    If so, re-enable that super fund.

    You'll find your super funds under Settings ➡ Superannuation Funds ➡ Check the Inactive Funds tab


    Tap on the inactive fund then use the re-enable toggle.
