Cannot share book with Support

I have an issue with a client's bank feed. Have lodged a support ticket but when I try to share the book with Support I get "The link has expired or is invalid Please contact support".

I've had no contact from support over my ticket yet.

    Are you sharing your book using the steps outlined in the help guide below?


    Can you let know your case number and I'll check out the notes to see where things are currently at.

    This is what I get when I try to share with Support:

    I haven't received a case number for my support ticket I lodged on Friday. As a matter of fact just now I've gone to log another support ticket and I get this:

    Really getting fed up with Reckon.

    Hi @MGen

    The ✖ appearing on the site is an unrelated situation but all you'll need to do is hard refresh that page on your browser (Ctrl and F5) and it'll clear that.

    In regard to sharing the book, can you let me know the book name that you're trying to share and I'll see if I can take a look for you
