Displaying font size in Reckon Enterprise

Hello,

I want to increase the font size of Reckon enterprise. I have adjusted the font size in my computer, as advised in another post, but it has not done anything in the Reckon display. Only the headers on the top have changed size.

I have called the Reckon technical support and they said that they cannot do anything about it.

Can you please help me?

Please see attached an example.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Try this, as it worked for multiple users and there are few users who faced an issue with this resolution like blurred text/font etc.

    Some desktop applications may appear blurred on high-DPI displays - Reckon Help and Support Centre

    Basically, this is the compatibility setting of the software itself. Few changes in them can help you with the size issue. You can also follow the below mentioned steps -

    • Close the Reckon Software before proceeding to the next step.
    • Open the file location of the software.

    • Right-click on the name and click on properties.

    • Go to Compatibility - Change high DPI Settings - Tick Override high DPI Scaling Behavior - Choose Application from the drop down.

    • Once the steps are done, open the program and it should reflect the changes and hopefully a better text/font size.

    Just FYI, after making changes if you experience the blurred text/font issue. Please close untick the Override high DPI Scaling behavior and click Ok. Run the software again, and it should be working fine.
