STP Phase 2 migration
I have just started this migration and filled in the required information with ABN and branch number etc - the second page asks me to tick the box if "Registered employer of working holiday makers". I'm not one so I haven't ticked the box. When I click on "Complete company setup", nothing happens. Do I have to tick the box or is there something in my settings that is incorrect?

Can I just clarify, is this occurring immediately after you access Reckon Payroll from your Reckon One book or is it when you access the STP Phase 2 Checklist after you're already in Reckon Payroll?
Are you able to post a screenshot of the page you're running into this problem on here?

Once I have logged in to Reckon one book and across the top it says
STP Phase 2 is here! Head over to our new and improved payroll experience and get ready for the next phase of Single Touch Payroll before 1 October 2023. Learn More
Click on that and you select company - step 1 of 3
Step 2 of 3 is
Status ACTIVE
Branch number* (enter 001)
Enter the last 3 digits of your ABN above*
Continue
Step 3 of 3 comes up with
Book name - which is correct. Then it shows
Without ticking this box, I can't "complete company setup"

Hmm that sounds odd 🤔. I think we might need to take a bit of a closer look into that.

Its an automated request that go the email address of the Reckon One book owner. Unfortunately, I can't change that to selectively send somewhere else ☹.

Can I just confirm a couple of things, do you have a branch number for your ABN in reality?
Also, if you go to Settings ➡ Book Settings ➡ General Details, do you have any branch number listed in the branch number field? Example screenshot below -

No branch number was not in setting i was trying to add it during setup process. Thank you, it looks like this has fixed my issue.
