Email issues - COM class factory

Hi Reckon team, @Rav, @Datarec_ReckonLtd,
I've completed the uninstall of the old 2023 version & installed the new 2023 version, but now emailing is not working. I'm getting the below error.
Please help!

Can you take a screenshot and confirm whether you are indeed using Outlook V2 as the emailing option or something else?
Go to your Preferences and then Send Forms.

Hi @Datarec_ReckonLtd, I'm away from the office right now, but I can confirm that yes, I do indeed have Outlook V2 set as the email option (was the first thing I checked!) :)

So, for some strange reason, it's now working. I haven't changed anything since posting on Tuesday, other than turning the computer off and back on again, so maybe that's what it needed?! lol :)

"Turning It Off and On Again" is a tried and true staple of computing.
It's a great tool to have in the troubleshooting toolbox.
