    Did my first pay run this morning but kept getting a "socket time-out" message after every action I took. Eventually rebooted the whole computer which seemed to help but was still getting the odd message still.

    When printing the Payroll Summary Report, it printed the whole screen rather than just the report.

    Also, will more reports from Payroll Premier be made available as I use a lot of those for end of month reporting. They currently are not available.

    I sent an invite to employees for Reckon Mate but it is currently only available to iPhone users. Will it be made available to Android users soon?

    Apologies for those 'socket time-out' errors, it looks like we had some hiccups a little earlier this morning which contributed to this however things should be pretty stable and back to normal now.


    In regard to printing the payroll summary report, yes this is being looked at currently as its printing the whole page itself rather than just the report. In the interim however, use theΒ Product Switcher to hop back into the Reckon OneΒ side of things and generate your payroll summary report there which should work a bit better.

    There are good number of reports available within the Reckon One menu as shown above however yes more reports within Reckon Payroll itself are certainly on the roadmap for inclusion.

    I have another question! How long does it take for the emailed payslips to come through? I still haven't received a copy and none of the employees have received them either.

    Ah I think I know what is happening there. Check out the second point in our post-upgrade FAQ which I'll link below. It has some info on this particular situation and how it can be solved.

    That worked, thanks Rav. Last question - will the Reckon Mate app be available on Android? It states it is only available on iPhone at the moment.

    Yes it most certainly will 😊

    Reckon Mate is actually already available on Android however we're just putting the finishing touches on both the Reckon Mate & Reckon Payroll mobile apps for our Payroll Premier and Reckon One customers who are currently upgrading to Reckon Payroll.

    Both apps will become available toward the end of September/early October and we'll have announcements here on the Community as soon as they're ready πŸ˜€
