I must say i am very disappointed in reckon. Currently i have 13 businesses under payroll premier (accounting firm). Reckon have not contacted us once about payroll premier ceasing to exist. Not even an email. I found out wednesday from a client.

Now i have to wait for a "tech" to call me back, they cant tell me when. I dont even know if i can still do the 13 companies under this new payroll. and its meant to start in 3 weeks. This isnt fair.

    Hi there @879828

Sorry to hear you haven't heard from us 😟. We've been in touch via email on a few occasions in regard to the Payroll Premier upgrade to Reckon Payroll over the last few months along with having announcements/info here on the Community.

I've asked the team to check into this and it looks like your email address was included in the announcement email we sent back in June but perhaps it may have got diverted to spam/junk etc.

Regardless though, we're really excited about delivering the Reckon Payroll upgrade to our Payroll Premier customers which is underway at the moment. There's more info on this HERE.

As part of the upgrade process, we're reaching out to our PP desktop customers to get some preliminary information around how you use the existing software, requirements etc.

On that call, our team will also book you in with one of our migration specialists at a date & time of your choosing who will take you through the new Reckon Payroll, answer any questions you may have, and also conduct your migration itself as well.

I'm sure the team will be in touch via the request that you've mentioned however sing out if you don't hear from us soon.

    Cheers! 🙂
