Error editing employee after migration from Payroll Premier

I am checking all employees data after migration from Payroll Premier, I am getting this error with ONE employee while trying to edit, I have not created any pay run as yet, please help ???

We've got a fix for this in the works at the moment however there are a couple of steps you can do now to bypass this error.
