Sent emails displaying Payroll Mobile instead of my name

Hi there,


I have been sending invoices to customers and recently my name is coming through as “Payroll Mobile” instead of from my company name or personal name.


how do I change this? My customers think it’s junk

    Hi Edward

    Head into your Reckon One book settings, Settings ➡️ Book Settings.

    There is a field there called 'Show Emails Sent from' which I'm guessing has Payroll Mobile listed in it currently.

    If you update that field then it should change it on your outbound emails.
