Payslips not emailed

When I select employee to have payslips emailed and press send i get the box saying they have been emailed but they haven't. No copy appears in my sent items either.

Just to clarify, it shows that the email has been sent but its not actually received by the recipient, is that correct?
If so, can you please check out the info listed for this in our Post-upgrade FAQ below as it should solve this for you -

HI Rav,
yes the email isn't being received by the employee. Ive checked that the reply to email and the one in reckon one settings book is correct and the same. No joy
