Employee SMSF
I cannot tag employee smsf to their employee set up. Last week when i ran payroll for the first time and the data was uploaded from payroll premier they were attached now it says the employee has no super set up. When i go to set up it says try again later. This is so frustrating i cant get this program correct.

Hi @Angela_10863853 I've been having the same issue for the past week. I've contacted Reckon multiple times and they say they're working on it. Doesn't help me though when I'm dealing with disgruntled employees seeing incorrect information on their pay slips. @Rav any updates on this one?

Thank you Kali, i just jumped on and have been able to link my superfunds to the employees now. They must have fixed it.

Hi Angela, I have had the same issue but I'm still an unable to change default super to SMSF in their year to date figures migrated from payroll premier. Is this the same for you?

I received a call to say it was fixed but when i tested i too was still not able to link their SMSF to their YTD super.
So they've gone back to do further research.

Hi all,
The fix for the situation where you are unable to associate an initial YTD balance for super to an SMSF is being worked right now (as we speak in fact).
This is not confirmed as yet however we're hopefully working toward the release of this around the end of next week. Once the plans around this become firmer then I'll have an update here on Community around it.

Just wanted to loop back to this thread to let you know the issue where an SMSF could not be assigned to initial YTD balances for super has now been resolved.
You'll now be able to assign the existing YTD super balances to any existing SMSF's you have setup in Reckon Payroll.
