Does anyone successfully use Halaxy and sync it with Reckon One?

I'm doing the books for a personal trainer who makes appointments using Halaxy which automatically creates an invoice when the appointment is made. I want to sync the invoices into Reckon One to use the better reporting that Reckon One seems to have for invoices as well as finance reporting. The problem is it doesn't seem to be syncing all of the invoices and I'm just wondering if it has a delay? Also just want to ask more questions on the day to day use of Halaxy with Reckon One. I'm only new to Reckon One and haven't used it too much. My one month trial runs out today and I need to start paying for it but need to get it to work with Halaxy.

Hi @JRM
We recommend that you contact Halaxy to confirm that you have setup the integration between the two products, take note of any commonalities between those invoices that sync and those that do not.

Below is the only other community support question about Halaxy integration, which mentions a similar issue you have described with synching.

Hi @JRM
In a webinar from Halaxy today, there was some information regarding integration between Halaxy and Reckon One, that may explain the discrepancy you are experiencing.
It involves confirming whether you are only syncing invoices that have payments.
This could be the difference between the invoices you see sync and those that you do not see.
Example: The screenshot below shows Xero, however, a similar would be there for Reckon One.
Go to to your Settings | Payments area.
Scroll down to the bottom area to locate your accounting integration.
There, you can setup or view the settings for that specific integration.
Check whether you have that option enabled in accordance with how you expect the integration to behave.

I worked out what my issue was - I had created all of the customers in Reckon One then tried to sync the invoices and they didn't sync as there already was a customer with that name. I didn't realise that the Halaxy sync wanted to create the customers on first sync.
I then realised that some of the invoices weren't showing as Paid when they were paid in Halaxy. In Halaxy some of the invoices were paid using a previous deposit amount that was allocated to the invoice. This didn't sync as a payment so the invoice was showing as unpaid in Reckon One. I just went back into Halaxy and deleted the payment and paid it without using a deposit and it synced ok after that.
There was a lot of fiddling around in Halaxy to get it looking how I wanted it to in Reckon One. I had combined some invoices in Halaxy to show one invoice for all of the services in a month but when they synced it didn't sync service dates so I then had to change them all to individual invoices in Halaxy. Even when I selected to show service date in the invoice settings it didn't sync a service date.
Anyway, it seems ok now but took me days of fiddling around to get what I wanted.
Thanks for your reply
