Inability to access Clr field prevents use of Reconcile feature

I have been using Reckon Accounts Personal 2013 Full Version very satisfactorily for years but suddenly I cannot select the Clr field to mark a transaction as confirmed, thus making it possible the reconcile an account. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software but the bug persists. Does anyone know how to fix this?

There is no fix just use the reconcile button as you supposed to use it.

When you buy a new computer your problems should be solved

Thanks Gerry. I was rather expecting something like that. But I have no plans for getting a new computer any time soon.

I had this problem, starting about 6 weeks ago. Clicking on the "Clr" column was not recognised by the program. Only way I could click on the "Clr" column was to click just to the left of it. This worked OK for me.

Then today, the program has gone back to how it used to work for many years.

    Hopefully, your has too.

for Tim Caporn : Thanks Tim. I tried your solution and very occasionally it worked. Unfortunately I have not had the happy result you got.

Good news! Following Tim's suggestion I started clicking on the extreme left edge of the Clr field. Occasionally a window would open asking if I wanted to use the reconcile feature. I kept saying No and the contents of the Clr field would change to the next step in the cycle. Gradually it became possible to click on any part of the Clr field and that window would come up and I could use it the change the Clr field. Eventually I ticked the box saying Do Not Show this Window again and now everything is working normally. Thanks Tim.

Every person is now able to that, it seems that the latest Microsoft update has fixed the problem.

I had been thinking that it was probably Microsoft who caused the problem.
