Our new employee's name is not coming up on the list in Pro Timer. How do we add her name?

Lauren has been set up in Pro Timer but is unable to pick her name up for the new activity in Pro Timer. Does anyone know how to get her name on the list please?

You need to export info from your company data file to be sent to the Reckon Pro Timer application.
This updates the lists in Pro Timer.
