Hi I am wanting to add a logo to my invoices but only have an option for a rectangular logo. Mine is square. Is there a way to change this setting?

    The optimal settings for a logo are as mentioned below -

    • Dimensions: 470px by 125px
    • Resolution: 300dpi
    • File size: 2MB or less

    Unfortunately, If the logo is not as per the required settings, it will not work. Thank you!

    Hi @Connie

    You should still be able to upload your square logo image, is there an issue when you attempt to do so?

    For best results, the dimensions and size of your image file should be within the parameters Tanvi has outlined above.

    See an example below from my test book, although the image visually looks round its a square image file uploaded to the invoice template.

    Hi Rav,

    Thanks for your reply. I understand that the size setting is set at

     470px by 125px as Tanvi mentioned. But my logo is a square shape. Do I need to make the logo that I have fit in the 125px.

    What happens when I try to upload is that it doesn't accept it and when I view the invoice the logo does not appear.

    Can you upload the image file that you're trying to add to your invoice template here and we'll test what's happening.

    Use the image upload option on the reply field at the bottom.
