Scam / phishing email, or genuine??

Hi folks,

I have received this email and it looks dodgy as to me. Appears to be from Reckon.com but Outlook tells me the message is in Japanese. Apparently my customer number is 0000001 and it addresses me as 'Dear Stripe user'. (We do use Stripe, but not sure why Reckon would address me that way). Yet invoice amount appears correct and issued roughly when we normally pay, and contains a hyperlink about email security (suspicious) that appears to direct to Reckon! Have never received an email like this from Reckon before though.

    Thanks for flagging this and sincere apologies for the confusion.
    This email looks to be sent from our finance system in error and we're currently looking into it as we speak.

    Please disregard the email, there is no action required on your part.
