Why doesnt my portal show a subscription my client has shared with me?

My client has told me he has shared Reckon One with me using my email address which showed up as an alternative for him. When I log into the Reckon Portal with my email address I can see my books and another old file shared with me but nothing from him.

I did not set up his Reckon One.

Thank you Rav and Alexis but neither of those is working for me until I realised that I had two accounts. Thank you again - sorted.

    Hi @Rosemary Harrison

Reckon One books that are shared with you will appear under the Shared with Me tab in the Reckon Portal.

If you click that tab and check there does the shared book appear?

    Dear @Rosemary Harrison ,

If they shared the book to you as a Partner, you will find it under the Client List section:

    1. Go to the Partners section on the portal on the left-hand-menu.
    2. Check your Client List to see if the book appears under here. If so, you can open it by clicking on the drop-down arrow on the right.

If they added you as a Staff Member, you will need to change companies to access the book:

    1. Up in the top-left-hand corner, next to the Reckon logo, you should see (Admin) <Your company Name> listed.
    2. Click on this and see if you see <Your Client's company name> listed below it.
    3. Click on <Your Client's company name> to switch to their company records.
    4. Check in Reckon One to see if you can access the book.

    Kind regards,
