📢 Reckon Payroll & Reckon One: A unified Community experience coming soon!

Now that Reckon Payroll has been unified with Reckon One (info here), I just wanted to give you a heads up on some changes coming to the Reckon Community very soon.

In early January 2025, the Reckon Payroll page here on the Community will be nested under the existing Reckon One page. I'll also be merging the Reckon Payroll Announcements and Reckon One Announcements page together so there's one central location for all important info & announcements related to Reckon One.

✨ Why?

Primarily to make things simpler. Now that Reckon Payroll is part of Reckon One, I think it makes sense to have one central location for all things Reckon One. Don't worry though, Reckon Payroll will still have its own page with all existing content, it'll just live under the Reckon One category here on Community.

✨ I receive notifications for important announcements on Reckon Payroll, will that continue after this change?

Yes absolutely! I've worked some magic behind the scenes to ensure the folks who have specified Reckon Payroll as their product in the Reckon Community profile will continue to receive notification of important announcements as soon as they're published, just like you are now.

The only difference is, there will only be one category for all announcements relating to Reckon One.

✨ Will all existing Reckon Payroll announcements be moved over to the new Reckon One announcements category?

Yes absolutely! All existing announcements will be moved over to the Reckon One Announcements category in early January. All Community members who are currently subscribed to notifications for announcements for Reckon Payroll will continue to receive not

✨ Now that Reckon Payroll has moved over to Reckon One, which category do I select when creating a payroll-related post?

You will continue to select the existing Reckon Payroll category from the dropdown menu when creating your new post just as you are now 🙂Or, simply click here.

✨ I’m looking for a Reckon Payroll help guide, where do I find those?

Separately, our Reckon Payroll help guides have also been moved over to the Reckon One category on our knowledgebase at help.reckon.com. You’ll find all of our in-depth Reckon One guides HERE.
