Failed to update employees' new pay - INTERNAL ERROR 500

Please help - I cannot update new pay details for some employees (pay rise) - I get an 'Internal Error 500' message. Nothing works. Seems to be only for employees with personal super funds SMSF. I notice this question was raised by someone in December. Any solutions please??!!

    Can I just clarify, were you able to successfully edit employee info for any employees who have an APRA super fund as opposed to an SMSF?

    Hi Rav,

    Yes, correct. Just the ones with SMSF. I am not able to edit any info for them, including new salary. The system comes up with Error 500. I found a temporary solution i.e. delete SMSF and set up a fake APRA fund, and then change whatever I needed to change, and then again delete APRA and set up SMSF. Took a bit of time so I need a proper solution for the future please. Thank you.

    Thanks for that @Ania, great info and apologies that you had to go through that process.

    I've just had a word with the product dev team in relation to this and the good news is, we've got a fix in the works for this as we speak which we're aiming for release next week.

    I'll have an announcement here on the Community with details of the release as soon as its live.
