Can't email payslips

Last payrolls everything fine. First payroll of this year today and even though it says they have been emailed, they are being received and they aren't showing up in the email history in reckon payroll

    You may want to check your email in your Book Settings:

    1. Go to the Administration Cogwheel in the top-right-hand corner of the screen.
    2. Go to Settings.
    3. Under General, go to Book Settings.
    4. Check the Reply-To Email Address.
    5. Clear it out, then re-enter it.
    6. Click Save.
    7. Try to email again.

    No that didn't work. When i mark the payroll as paid everything is ok, i send payslips and they say sent but when i go back into the file it is back at draft status.

    Just to clarify your opening post, you've mentioned..

    says they have been emailed, they are being received and they aren't showing up in the email history in reckon payroll

    Do you mean the payslip emails are NOT being received by your employees?

    OR

    Is the above correct in the sense that the emails are being received successfully but there isn't a record of them appearing in the email history?

    Which web browser are you using? Are you using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge?

    sorry emails NOT being received and they aren't showing up in the email history even though it says sent when i view and send

    Can you please clear your web browser's cache?

    To do this:

    1. Press Control + Shift + Delete inside your browser.
    2. From there, select the Advanced tab in the Clear Browsing Data window.
    3. Tick all options except Passwords and other sign-in data and Autofill form data.
    4. Click Delete Data after.

    From here, refresh your Payroll page.

    Try to just Mark Payrun as Paid first, and see if it remains marked as paid.

    If it does, try to send the payslips out.

    If it does not, let me know and I will guide you further.
