Payment Received in Customer Centre

Hi All, we have just switched to Reckon Accounts Hosted from Reckon Accounts Plus and i noticed that we can no longer see payments received as individual lines on a customers account. It used to have Tax Invoice 1234 for the amount invoiced and once we received a payment it would be the line or two above "Payment invoice 1234 for $XXX" however this has disappeared now and just has two column on the right for amount and opening balance.
Is there a setting i can change to have the payments appear how they used to on reckon accounts plus individually listed? (i got used to seeing that!)
(sorry hopefully that makes sense)
Thank you for your help π

Welcome to the forum @hannahmccahill !
It sounds like itβs just a view setting. Are you able to post a screenshot of it to confirm ? (You can block out any identifying info) π

@Acctd4 Thanks for your reply Shaz!
Attached is the screen shot of what is currently displayed. I Don't have a copy of the old way it was set out, but would say "Payment" where Tax invoice is written date it was received and corresponding invoice number and the exact payment amount on the right hand side. Thats what i'm chasing if it can look like that again if possible.
