Amazon wants to see text and images copied to the clipboard

I cant seem to get rid of the annoying message as shown on the top left and side of my screen. Any help available?

    Hi @LC6231, welcome back to the Reckon Community 🙂

    Google Chrome is the supported and recommended browser with Reckon Accounts Hosted so I'd highly recommend using that browser where possible.

    There's some more info on browser permissions with the new Reckon Accounts Hosted platform here - Why can't I copy and paste, or print in the new Reckon Accounts Hosted platform?

    In regard to the message you're seeing in you're browser at the moment, if you click on that pop-up, what happens? Does it disappear or remain on-screen?

    Thanks Rav, I will use Chrome from now on.

    When I click on that pop-up, nothing happens. I can't move it, minimise it or action it. The only way I can see my Accounts Hosted options (hidden from view by the pop-up) is to move my Accounts Hosted screen, which is not the best option.

    If you can please try giving it a go on Chrome and let me know if the same thing occurs there after giving permissions to both pop-ups and the clipboard when they appear as outlined in the post linked above that would be great.

    Opened Reckon Accounts Hosted in Chrome and pop-up has gone.
