Recommend if you can update your post and remove the image that contains your Product Key.
Is this from an older product version?
What version of the Reckon Accounts Personal range product did you install and are trying to activate?

I have been locked out of the software so cannot give you any other information.
Obviously someone sent me an invoice , i paid , but no activation key ever received

Normally Reckon gives you this licence key make sure you are on the current version, if all else fails call when Reckon are open and i will sort it from my end.

I've checked in with our Customer Service team this morning about this and they've mentioned that your software was activated yesterday. Can you please confirm whether you have been able to successfully access your software?

no still no further advanced . I have uninstalled the program . Now trying to find the software

WHAT IS THE INSTALLATION KEY i SHOULD USE

If you went through the Reckon Members Area that I mentioned above, then all of your installation details, including the licence key are listed on-screen after you start the download.
If not, contact our Customer Service team on 1800 732 566 and they will be able to provide this to you

Click on the 'Reckon Members Site' link in Rav's post above. Once you log in, then click on the 'Download Software' link, then you will see your software showing in the drop-down box.
Below that drop down box, you will see a statement that references your Installation Key. Take your time, and read everything before you throw your hands in the air in despair!!

We have found out what @Andy_8065729 problem is, his data file is in C:Drive as it should be but his whole computer is in the cloud similar to One Drive and now he has the issue of starting the file by looking for it every time.
