Failed to validate Pay run event

I am getting the error message "failed to validate pay run event". I have checked the employee details and there are no strange brackets or quotation marks or spaces and I have added the branch number, I am not sure what else to do? I am using Accounts Hosted.Thank you Diana

Sometimes there may be an extra space inadvertently entered in a particular employee or company field that you're not aware of, or more than one email address entered with a comma separating them etc
The other common issue is the Legal File name - This must match EXACTLY to the ABR listing including upper/lowercase formatting.Shaz Hughes Dip(Fin) ACQ NSW, MICB
