I have been falling asleep waiting for accounts hosted to open the document on my computer screen so I can make that document print. We have just had NBN connected and maybe I didnt care prior to NBN about this process being slow because everything was. Is the something wrong my end or it the issue a reckon thing?

Hi Barry,
Can you provide a more detailed description of what you are clicking and what 'document' or report you are printing as well as how long you are actually waiting?
Before the NBN, how long does the same process take?
After the NBN, how long does the same process take?

Hi Barry,
There is a Preference setting that allows you to control the report settings and filtering such as date periods prior to the report attempting to generate.
- Click on the Edit menu
- Select Preferences
- Select Reports and Graphs
- In the My Preferences tab tick the checkbox for "Prompt me to modify report options before opening a report"
Are the reports you are generating encompassing a large date range or are the number of transactions in those periods quite 'large'?
Try narrowing down the period to see if this makes any difference for the speed of report generation.

Hi Barry,
Can you try the following:
- Logout of the Hosted platform
- Close the Chrome browser
- Open the Chrome browser in "Incognito Mode"
- Login to the Hosted platform
- Open your data file and try to generate that report
