    Trying to access payroll app confirmed details with ATO app appears to be installed but cannot access . ATO mentioned that branch No 001 should be listed

    Hi Helen,

    Can you please login to the Payroll App using the same email address and password that you use for your STP app account.

    The Payroll App should prompt you to migrate your data. Follow the prompts to do so and it should go through fine.
