Hi Barbara
Do you have different Users already set up ?
You do this under the Company dropdown menu > Set Up Users
Here you click on Add User & create the User Name & any applicable Password.
To edit the User you are logged in as, with that one highlighted in the list, click on Edit User

To put a password on a company file go to Company drop down menu and select change password.

Thank you but they don't have a Reckon id/user, I just want them to use mine but not see all my companies just one.

If the other person is logging in using your Reckon Accounts Hosted User ID/Username, they would be able to see a list of all the QBW (Company Data Files) that are on your Hosted platform.
If the data files are password protected, then they cannot access it.
Be aware however that all files which are visible, can be downloaded from your Hosted Q:\ drive to a local hard drive.
Contrast this to sharing only a specific company data file to another person who has their own Hosted User ID/Username, where they can only see the specific company data file that is shared with them.
