Is Reckon hosted down and out?

Just logged into reckon as per normal but once in cannot do anything?

    I just logged in and was able to pull up some reports

    Hi @Burnbaby

    I just logged into Reckon Accounts Hosted and was able to access and use it as normal. What is happening specifically after you login and attempt to use Hosted? Are you encountering an error message?

    Which browser are you using? Do you experience any issues if you try logging in using a different browser?

    I logged into my account this morning and everything was going alright up until i attempted to report the payroll it went off line and now I cannot log back in it is saying Im already logged in try using another username

    @Grays1486 This often happens as a result of not exiting/disconnecting from the session. Although you’re no longer “logged in”, the connection is still active on Reckon’s end.
