After I balance, export and upload the final STP file and hit the submit button. What is my next step please?

After you've sent through your EOFY finalisation through GovConnect, it will be processed by the ATO like your other STP submissions.
If you're ready to upgrade to the 2023 edition of Hosted, then I'd recommend taking a look at the info in the posts below -

Sorry but can you clarify your previous reply, I'm not quite understanding what you're referring to.
Do you mean, you're ready to start the migration process to STP Phase 2 requirements in the 2023 edition?

Reckon Accounts Desktop has a slightly different way to upgrade to the 2023 version. Since its a desktop based software, you to need download and install the new version. The info in the announcement below will help -

In regard to the process for updating your employee and pay item information to STP Phase 2, its the same as Hosted ie. you use the Migration Assistant to do so.
