Hi @Admin_SOLE
Does it appear each and every time you attempt a backup?
Does your backup actually complete successfully while this window is present? And if so, does the window disappear itself after the backup finishes (or at any other stage)?
If you close that window using the X button, what happens?

Hi Rav,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I tried to backup twice and it happened every time when it reached 24%.
I tried to using X button, then it logged me out and backup stopped.
So, I called Reckon staff when the same problem happened again, but Reckon staff logged me out, so backup stopped.
Is there any way we can solve this problem. Thanks.

Just to clarify, does the backup actually stop at 24% when this window appears or does it continue on in the background? ie. have you left it running for a while even with this window present?

I am not sure if it stopped since backup is very slow, backup for 5 hours to reach 24%.

How large is your file? Do you usually perform maintenance on the file?
Perhaps take a look at some of the info and solutions in the following help guides as they may help in getting the best performance out of your company file -

Hi @Admin_SOLE
The post is in the "Reckon Accounts (Desktop)" section.
1) When did you last successfully make a backup?
2) Which product is this problem occurring on:
a) Reckon Accounts Hosted (accessed via a web browser)
b) Reckon Accounts Premier (installed locally on your computer)
c) Reckon Accounts Enterprise (installed locally on your computer)
3) How large is your company data file? (*.QBW)
Recommend you determine the size of both your QBW file and your TLG file.
If your QBW is very large AND your TLG file is very large, that could be why it takes 5+hours for a backup to get to even 24%.
