Pay slip Template

Hi Team,

I am using Reckon Hosted for payroll and need to update pay slip template, unfortunately I can't see it template area ( list »template »)

Can anyone shed a light

    Hi @prasanna

    Are you referring to a custom Payslip (which will be shown in the Templates list) or one of the program default ones ? Unfortunately, the default Payslips are not accessible/able to be edited.

    You can edit the custom one by double-clicking on it in your Templates list (the same as for other templates) 😊

    it is default pay slip !! do you know how and who can change it?? our address in the footer section is also incorrect

    we need our Logo and more modification to be done

    The default Payslips use the details you have entered - under Legal Information - in your Company Information so if the address is incorrect, you need to update it there (via Company dropdown menu > Company Information):

    You will need to use the Custom Payslip template if you want to add a logo &/or change the layout. As advised previously, the default Payslips are not editable 😬

    Go to the Templates List and select the standard pay slip template.

    Click on the Templates button and select Edit Template

    Click the Additional Customisation button.

    Click on the Make a Copy button

    You can then make the modifications you want and change the layout if needed.

    You can then go back to the Templates List, select the copy and edit it so that you can change its name as needed.

    Click on the Manage Templates button (you can also add your logo)

    Select the copy of the template and change the Template Name.
