Pay Rate Issue
Payrates didnt roll over correctly
Previously had different rates for different shifts loaded eg: normal, Saturday, Sunday loaded
All rates have come across the same - see photo
Today is pay day - anyway of having this rectified without me manually entering them again?

Thanks Shaz, I thought that would be the case, will have to be mindful of it, I could make reference to it on the timesheet, I think that will work. Not the Reckon timesheet the company one

Hi John..above are my latest back up files..stored on external drive..so these should be okay then? I have never converted any files to access the "free version". Previously used 2004 and then purchased the upgrade to 2013

A call to the Customer Service team - 1800 732 566 - resoled the issue. They updated the expiry date and gave me the new license number.

Is the message from the above screenshot appearing after you've installed the new v31 edition and attempting to activate it?
If so, I'd recommend kicking off an online chat here - and a team member will be able to assist in getting your software activated ASAP. Alternatively, give our Customer Service team a call on 1800 732 566 and ask to activate your software.

I have taken it up with the support team plus many many other concerning issues.

✅ UPDATE - ISSUE RESOLVED
Just sharing another update regarding the payslip issue that occurred yesterday in Reckon Payroll. After completing our investigation, we’re very happy to report that the issue has been fully resolved.
Here’s what you need to know:
- A fix has been developed and implemented into Reckon Payroll which has fully resolved the issue and everything is now back to normal.
- You can view and send pay slips as usual without any issues.
- This issue only impacted a very small number of users. If you were directly affected, we’ll reach out to you separately via email with more details.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused and thank you all for your patience and understanding as we worked to address it.
