Payrates didnt roll over correctly

Previously had different rates for different shifts loaded eg: normal, Saturday, Sunday loaded

All rates have come across the same - see photo

Today is pay day - anyway of having this rectified without me manually entering them again?

    Hi @Samantha_9713244

Sorry but could you clarify what you mean by 'rates not rolling over'?

Is the above screenshot from an individual employee's pay setup? If so, are these rates specifically affecting this one individual employee or all employees who have these items added in their pay setup?

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year everyone! 🎅🎆

I'm on leave from 23 December and back on deck again January 6th.

    Hi @Rav

The screenshot is from an individuals pay set up - affecting all employees

The retail award has various pay rates for different days and employees ages so we have each employees payrates loaded on their pay set up

It appears that each employees different pay rates have reverted back to the payrate on their top line

    Does that make more sense?

    Thanks for that @Samantha_9713244

To be honest, I'm not sure what would cause any changes around that as we haven't had any recent updates in the Pay Setup area. Do you have multiple users with access to your book? If so, is there any chance another user may have made any changes recently?

Either way, if you shoot through a web ticket through to us with the details by clicking HERE, we can have a technician take a look and if required, raise an escalation to our dev team.

That can take a bit of time though so if its pay day today, then it might be quicker to make amendments to the pay items so you can proceed with your pay run.

Apologies, I know that isn't overly ideal but let me know how you get on.

I too, am having these issues with all employees on our system since the update, Arpan @ support has raised a case number for me to address all of my concerns. but I would like to know if this pay item change is part of the update or an Error, and If it is part of the update as I was told, it's crap!! When viewing an employer you should not have to go into the "edit" section to view different rates per items, it is time consuming when you have over 40 employees! I have included a screenshot of the employee page "Pay"

and also a pic of when you go into the "Edit"section

Why have a base rate beside a pay item that has a completely different pay rate. Just confusing keep it how it was.

Also I have issues when using the Email link on the employee page when you click the link. The email address has a # hash tag after the email address as in pic. this happens for each employee, I am using outlook 2013.

And also I know that all the security issues around emailing payslips and viewing other Companies information has been addressed and fixed. But this, plus the other numerous issues has left me not very confident, first of all the security of this cloud based payroll system product! And then also how confident and sure can we be about any future updates that will take place and that the Security of our business' won't be compromised again! What is Reckon putting in place so this does not happen again? Not a happy camper!!
