I don't believe that hosted on MAC could be the reason why the share is not working.

I think I have overcome it.
When I opened Reckon it opened with my Personal File. I needed my Trust File so I opened it and tried to edit a transtransaction. Then It crashed.
This time I opened the Trust file without editing any transactions, the closed the file. I then reopened the Trust file and have edited the transactions without problem.

Unfortunately, there is no option to add the filters. The only thing you can manage with this report is to disable/enable the columns that you want in the reports.
However, if you feel that could be something you want to have as a new feature in the software, I would like you to add your suggestion at Reckon Product Ideas. Thank you!

Hi Jen
There was an issue with the ATO's SBR2 service earlier today. SBR2 is the ATO service that handles STP transmissions sent from software providers like us, to them.
Their issue will have delayed the processing of STP submissions from all software providers so they'll likely work through the backlog very soon and hopefully you'll see an updated status come through over the next few days.
It looks like they've resolved the issue and the service looks to be back in operation and all green again.

Has this particular user been able to access your Reckon Payroll book previously without issue or is this the first time that they're trying to do so?
Can I grab the ABN that is associated with the Reckon Payroll book in question.

Dear Jen,
Submissions can take up to one full week to process depending on the ATO's current capacity. Most STP files process in a day.
If there is an issue, however, it would be on SBR2 - it would be on the ATO's side of things. As soon as the STP is submit, it is in the ATO's hands.
If you find that this is not the case, you can click into the "Details" option in the submission to see if the ATO has updated the status.
